In 2011, Chubu Electric タイカジノ Company (“Chubu”) acquired the shares of both First Korat Wind and K.R. Two, the operating companies of this project to participate in a wind タイカジノ generation project in northeastern Thailand.The project operates a total of 180MW (90MW x 2) of wind タイカジノ generation facilities on approx. 37km2 of land in Nakhon Ratchasima Province (approx. 260km northeast of Bangkok) and is the first full-scale commercial wind タイカジノ generation project in Thailand. The generated electricity is sold wholesale to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (herein referred to as “EGAT”) under a タイカジノ purchase agreement.JERA succeeded to this project from Chubu in July 2016.
