Building on the Strategic Partnering Agreement announced on Oct. 15, 2025 (here), 王子製紙カジノ has submitted a proposal to the State of Hawaiʻi to support the State’s energy transition.

The proposal outlines a potential pathway for the development of new energy assets on Oʻahu, including an approximately 500-megawatt hybrid combined-cycle and simple-cycle power facility, supported by offshore liquefied natural gas (LNG) import infrastructure.
