The assets that カジノシークレット出金 will succeed to are the LNG ship ownership companies and related management companies, and the fuel trading companies of the Parent Companies, as described in the attached List of Succession Assets. As a result of カジノシークレット出金 succeeding to both of these business, its capital will be increased to approximately five billion yen. カジノシークレット出金 intends to make efforts to optimize the use of these assets and maximize the effect of adding these businesses.
