It's been discussed here before. Formal Ball!

Trickssi (she/her) proudly presents Tekko's first formal ball this year! You may know her from the Ouran Gala (2016) or Ghoulish Masquerade (2017), or from conventions in her home state of Ohio and beyond. A dancer from the age of 3, Trickssi has taught ballroom dance professionally and for fun for over 11 years. She invites you to put on your fanciest clothes and join her Friday, April 12th, from 10pm until midnight.
Be aware that there is a dress code! Please check Trickssi’s website for guidelines (but NOT necessarily Tekko’s official rules, which will be posted on the website shortly!) for your outfit here:
https://trickssi.com/resources-dress.php . If you have questions regarding the appropriateness of your outfit, please email [email protected] before April 11th and provide a photo and/or detailed description so everyone can have a worry-free evening.
If you've never danced or want to brush up on your skills, Trickssi is also holding two sessions of ballroom dance lessons on Friday afternoon and evening. We will follow up with a post containing the official Tekko dress code, code of etiquette, and times/locations of the lessons and ball.
In addition, Trickssi founded the Cosplayer Survivor Support Network (CSSN) in 2016 to represent anyone in our community who has been stalked, harassed, abused, or sexually assaulted. CSSN advocates for the safety of all convention attendees, cosplayers and otherwise, by implementing a report card for convention harassment policies and raising awareness inside and outside the community. Trickssi, representing CSSN, has traveled to both coasts and Canada over the last 2 years to present panels on the important subjects of what consent really means and how to obtain anti-harassment education. The tireless volunteers of CSSN provide online resources for those in need. Trickssi also volunteers on the conventions team with Uplift, a nonprofit organization that previously worked with Tekko to upgrade its harassment policy and provide staff training.
